General Questions

Access NJ provides robotic process automation for the compliance screening and tracking required of New Jersey Medicaid providers — including the monthly exclusion search required by the NJ Department of Human Services (DHS), license validation and renewal tracking, and documentation audits. Central Registry of Offenders (CRO) screening is also available as a separate service from the monthly Exclusion Search.

Access NJ is not a background screening organization.

All New Jersey based Medicaid providers and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) are required to complete the monthly database search. See Official Notice

Access NJ aggregates data from:

  • State of NJ Debarment List
  • NJ Treasurer's Exclusion Database
  • Federal OIG
  • Federal SAM
  • NJ Division of Consumer Affairs Licensure Database
  • NJ Department of Health Licensure Database

Employers receive a monthly report via email with their exclusion search results. Agencies subscribed to Central Registry screening also receive results for that service separately.

Access NJ will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose your or your employees/contractors information to third parties for any marketing or promotional purposes even after the termination of your subscription.

We will securely destroy your active records (aka. employees/contractors information) from our database once your contractual agreement is terminated.

We will NOT be contacting or soliciting any of the individuals you provided the personally identifiable information for.
